T-Shop: returns and refunds

Why this policy exists

This shop is print‑on‑demand. Each item is produced after you place your order, so there’s no pre‑printed stock to return.

Because of that:

  • Production errors are on the maker to fix. If a print is wrong, damaged, or doesn’t match the order, it’s eligible for replacement or refund.

  • Preference changes aren’t returnable. Once a unique item is produced, it can’t be unmade or resold.

  • Carrier delays aren’t a manufacturing fault. Delivery disputes need to be raised with the shipping provider (but I will help with that)

In short: made‑to‑order means we can remake or refund when production goes wrong, but not for change‑of‑mind or transit delays.

This mirrors Spreadconnect’s rules, which I follow for all orders.

This shop uses Spreadconnect to print and fulfill orders. To keep things clear and fair, my policy mirrors Spreadconnect’s manufacturing rules.

When I can refund or replace

I can issue a refund, store credit, or a replacement only if:

  • The item was misprinted

  • The item arrived damaged from manufacturing

  • The item does not match the order details

    • Wrong size, color, or product type

    • Incorrect image or incorrect print placement

Spreadconnect determines eligibility and the refund method. I follow their decision.

What’s not eligible

  • Preference issues such as “don’t like it” or “changed my mind”

  • Delays or delivery failures caused by the shipping provider

    • For delivery disputes, please contact the carrier directly

In these cases, a new order would be needed.

How to request help

  • Email me within 30 days of delivery

  • Include:

    • Your order number

    • A short description of the issue

    • Clear photos that show the problem

I will submit your case to Spreadconnect for review.

Decisions are typically made after they assess the evidence.

Time window

  • Claims must be made within 30 days of delivery

Refund method

  • Refund to original payment method, store credit, or replacement

  • Method is at Spreadconnect’s discretion. I mirror their outcome.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are only possible when the original item is eligible for replacement under the rules above

Shipping issues

  • Late delivery or non-delivery by the carrier is not refundable through this policy

  • Please open a claim with the shipping provider for transit-related issues
