Why this policy exists
This shop is print‑on‑demand. Each item is produced after you place your order, so there’s no pre‑printed stock to return.
Because of that:
Production errors are on the maker to fix. If a print is wrong, damaged, or doesn’t match the order, it’s eligible for replacement or refund.
Preference changes aren’t returnable. Once a unique item is produced, it can’t be unmade or resold.
Carrier delays aren’t a manufacturing fault. Delivery disputes need to be raised with the shipping provider.

When I can refund or replace
I can issue a refund, store credit, or a replacement only if:
The item was misprinted
The item arrived damaged from manufacturing
The item does not match the order details
Wrong size, color, or product type
Incorrect image or incorrect print placement
Spreadconnect determines eligibility and the refund method. I follow their decision.[2]
What’s not eligible
Preference issues such as “don’t like it” or “changed my mind”
Delays or delivery failures caused by the shipping provider
For delivery disputes, please contact the carrier directly
In these cases, a new order would be needed.[3]

Email me within 30 days of delivery

Clear photos that show the problem

Exchanges

Shipping issues
