I'm David—husband, father of three, and someone who built this because I was drowning in overwhelm.
After my first child arrived, the cognitive load went from manageable to crushing.
I needed something that worked fast, added no friction, and could run in 10 minutes.
So I built one from Stoic principles.
Not because I loved philosophy. Because I was struggling and needed a way through.
