Who’s behind it

I’m David Patrick Brady — a tradesman, a generalist, a husband to one and a father to three. Stoicism moved from my bookshelf into daily practice when life got busier with my kids.

It helps me steady attention, make cleaner choices under pressure, and show up for the people who matter.

That’s the spirit I share here.
