1. Who We Are

Letters & a Stoic is operated by David Patrick Brady, trading as Letters & a Stoic (sole trader), Carnaross, Kells, Meath, Ireland. Contact: info@lettersandastoic.com.

2. Key Definitions

"Services" means the website, blog, courses, shop, and related features. "Digital Products" are downloads and online content. "Merchandise" means physical goods.

3. Accounts

Provide accurate information and keep credentials secure. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or law.

4. Purchases and Access

  • Digital products: Access is tied to your account/email. If access is disrupted, contact us for restoration.

  • Merchandise: Orders process after payment. Delivery estimates are shown at checkout or in confirmations.

  • Pricing and taxes: Prices may change prospectively. VAT handling is shown at checkout.

5. Refunds and Returns

  • Digital products: Generally non-refundable once accessed, unless required by law. For technical issues, contact us within 14 days for a fix or, where required, a refund.

  • Merchandise (print-on-demand): We mirror the fulfilment vendor's rules on replacements/refunds for defects or incorrect items; eligibility and outcome may be at the vendor's discretion. Carrier delays are not refundable; please claim with the carrier. We'll assist reasonably.

No misuse, security breaches, IP infringement, or unlawful conduct.

7. Intellectual Property

All site content and course materials are owned by us or licensors. Personal, non-transferable licence. No redistribution or resale without permission.

8. Third-Party Services

We use third-party platforms for hosting, commerce, payments, email, and fulfilment; your use may also be subject to their terms. We are not responsible for outages of third parties but will act reasonably to remedy issues.

Educational content only. No medical, psychological, financial, or legal advice. Services are provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law.

No liability for indirect or consequential loss. Aggregate liability for paid services is limited to the amount paid in the preceding 12 months, except where prohibited by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland, subject to mandatory consumer protections.
